Step One
-Book your tour - fill out our plan your event form online or contact Tasha @ 208-421-0067
Step two
Lock in your date & Schedule follow up consultation:
At your consolation we will sit down together fill out and thoroughly go over the contract terms and conditions. I will answer any questions you may have throughout the process. I will take notes for your day. A copy of the signed contract and typed notes will be emailed to you within 48 hrs.
Required for any event:

- Idaho state tax at 6% on wedding collection pricing.
Not provided by venue client is responsible for the following items:
Caterer, photographer, officiate.
DJs, bands, instruments, speakers, cords, and other music equipment
Tents, additional tables & chairs, linens, tableware
Decorations
Food and beverages
Serving utensils, plates, cups, silverware…. Etc.
Additional coolers for keeping beverages cold
Extension cords- if needed
Indoor dance floor is required to be professionally set-up & removed for indoor reception party.
We highly recommend the hire of a licensed bar service. Insurance required if providing alcoholic beverages
The following items are NOT allowed:
Open flame of any kind
Our propane firepit table is the only source of open flame allowed on property. The threat of fire is real and could spread uncontrollably on our high dessert property. Smoking is allowed only in designated area. Please do not smoke while on walking trail or on property grounds other than our graveled protected designated area.
Sparklers or any other kind of fireworks – NO open Flame
Confetti or Fake Flower Petals (whether as decoration or thrown)
Glitter
Rice (provided, however that bird seed or real flower petals are permitted)
Firearms or weapons of any kind

We may be new to the wedding and event scene, but we have been in the service industry for over 20 years. We take pride in our out of box, over the top thinking. Conducting all of our business with honesty and integrity up front and center, communication is key to success. The Lodge at Deep Creek is one of few legally permitted venues operating outside of city limits in the Twin Falls area. It was a long road to get here with its fair share of roadblocks along the way. We assure you no corners were cut, our lodge is built to meet commercial specs, providing security and safety for you and your guests. We have invested in our venue from the grand entry to the finest finishing touches. So much love and thought has been put into this entire property to provide our clients with a private one-of-a-kind, elegant experience that everyone is sure to enjoy and remember for years to come.

Cabin Stays
We have 2 onsite lodging cabins utilized as our bridal cabin & Newlywed retreat cabin for wedding celebrations. These cabins are available for rent weekdays & weekends upon availability perfect for a quick get away, date night or anniversary stay.
Each Cabin has an open concept space, kitchenet, and on suite full bath.

Two night stay in our South Hills Lodge located 10 minutes from venue.
Up to 16 guests, 5 bedroom (8 beds in total), 3 full baths, kitchen & dinning, open gathering space indoor
and out.
7 person hot tub , grill, fully equipped Lodge offers a place for the wedding party or family and friends to
stay close to venue the night before and night of enhancing the experience.
Both onsite venue cabins the night of wedding day. The bridal suite cabin will be flipped duringreception and ready for guests nightly stay.
